Hermes Agentes
JE4NDEV's in-house agent-operations lab: scoped profiles, a Kanban dispatcher, tool permissions and human review. This is an internal project, not a client deployment or client result.
Private demonstration
The operational workspace is private; the public proof is the repository plus a faithful terminal view.
Project context
Hermes is JE4NDEV's in-house agent-operations laboratory; this page documents an internal project, not a client deployment or client result. For a separate engagement, Hermes can be evaluated for client-owned infrastructure with scoped agent profiles, tool permissions, memory, observability, documentation and team handoff, if included in the proposal. The project is open source under the MIT license; model providers, hosting, data handling and maintenance remain separate decisions and terms.

Business Impact
The strongest proof points from the project.
Before
Shipping SaaS solo is bottlenecked by code, design, QA, ops and content all needing different specialists. Hiring is slow and expensive; off-the-shelf agents like AutoGPT loop without finishing real work.
What I built
Built a Kanban-driven dispatcher that routes tasks to scoped agent profiles with isolated prompts, models, tools and workspaces. Conductor, Operations and Swarm surfaces provide observability while human review remains the approval gate.
